Reservation and Cancellation Policy

• R500 deposit required to secure booking within 48 hours of confirming. Proof of Payment must be sent through to accounts@caterpillarkids.co.za This will be offset against the final invoice

  • If the party is cancelled more than 30 days before the party date, the full deposit will be refunded.

  • If the party is cancelled more than 14 days before the party the deposit will be kept as the cancellation fee.

  • If the party is cancelled less than 14 days before the party the full venue hire will be kept/is payable as cancellation fee.

• Full Payment is due no less than 7 days before the party. Proof of payment must be sent through within 24 hours.

Venue Rules

• PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK - Children must be supervised by a parent or adult at all times . The Owners and Staff of Caterpillar Kids  shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, to any person or property as a result of any cause whatsoever.

• Play equipment is designed for children ages 1-6.

• It is the responsibility of the adults / parents to see that the children do not vandalize property, jungle gyms or equipment.

• Please no food or drinks on the play equipment

• Disorderly or disruptive behaviour causing offence or concern to others or staff will not be tolerated. Children displaying such behaviour may be asked to leave.

• No Smoking or Alcohol allowed on to this premises.

Other General Information

• Maximum venue capacity is 20 children and 30 adults.

• You may access the venue an hour before your guests arrive to setup.

• You must vacate the venue no later than 30 minutes after your party is scheduled to end. R100 penalty for every 10 minutes past this time.
